Ty's rate for commissions varies grately from project to project. If you would like to commission an original piece, please contact Ty. Generally rates start at $10 per page and vary depending on the complexity of the music. However, if Ty likes the project, and you can guarantee a performance of the work, he will often write original music free of charge. Ty has studied orchestration and can write for any ensemble not including guitar. Ty retains the copyright to any work commissioned at these rates.

Arranger:

Engraver/Copyist:

Ty will prepare an engraver score from your manuscript and/or copy out parts for rates starting at $10 per 8.5x11 page of engraver (not manuscript) score and varying depending on the complexity of the music. Ty has performed this service for UW-Madison students and faculty on several occasions as well as internationally. The original composer retains the copyright to any work Ty has engraved or copied.
